I have been a licensed real broker in Illinois for more than 25 years!   During this time,  I have acquired experience in several areas of residential real estate.
 

I am a member of the Realtor Association of the West South-Suburban Chicagoland and the National Association of Realtors.

During a several year period, I supervised the marketing of residential properties for a major national employee relocation company (the former Merrill Lynch Relocation Mgmt.).   In addition, I had responsibility for negotiating contracts of sale for the successful disposition of these literally hundreds of residential properties.

These residences were marketed during the "good times" ("seller's market") as well as the "bad times" ("buyer's market").   In short, I do understand what is necessary to  market residential properties and negotiate contracts of sale...whatever the condition of today's market! Real Estate

I am a past-instructor of property valuation principles at the College of DuPage and have served in leadership positions (local, state-wide and regionally) within the property valuation profession.  

That is, I am very familiar with identifying the Anticipated Sales Price of residential properties.  For sellers, the correct pricing of your property for sale is very important to its successful marketing; for buyers (other than for those properties offered for sale with Lee Realty Service), I can act as a "buyer's agent" and assist in identifying a fair offer price!   

Education-wise, I earned my MBA (concentration in Real Estate Finance & Urban Development) from DePaul University and hold a B.S. from Northern IL University.

Personally, I value relationships and set high ethical standards for myself and others with whom I associate.
